Fandom: Once Upon a Time in Mexico
Movie Info: Third movie in Robert Rodriguez's El Mariachi movies, where El is pulled into a world of espionage by a less than scrupulous CIA agent who tempts him by offering revenge on a certain drug cartel.
Brief bio: Sands is a less than scrupulous CIA agent stationed in Mexico who remained standing, or at least mostly standing, despite cheesy t shirts, bad disguises and the worst taste in women.
Fortunately for Mexico, his taste in mariachis was not so lacking.

He belongs to Robert and Sony Pictures, and has only been borrowed by little old me with no intent to harm him in anyway that leads to copyright infringement or harm of the non angsty tortured sort.
